Storytime sessions are Kirrawee Library+ offer a great range of fun and interactive early learning programs for young readers aged 0 to 6. Regular storytime programs run during school terms, but not during school and public holidays.
Simply drop in, no bookings required:
Rhymetime (0-2 years) - Mondays (11am)
Rhymetime is a fun, free and interactive session that helps to promote your child’s early language skills and literacy through simple stories, singing rhymes and finger puppet play.
Together Time (18-36 months) - Fridays (11am)
Together Time is a fun and engaging program designed to inspire curiosity and develop early literacy skills. Parents and carers are encouraged to interact with their child during the program by singing action songs and rhymes together, and joining others for a shared-book activity.
Storytime (3+ years) - Thursdays (10:30am)
Storytime is a fun way to learn new skills and discover new concepts through books and play. Each entertaining session will promote your child’s early literacy development through stories, songs and rhymes, a film to watch, and a take-home craft activity.
