Joining Minis is super easy! Here's how:

1. Fill out the sign-up form on this page and ensure the checkbox next to ‘Sign up to join the Minis community’ is ticked.

2. Bring your Minis (children 12yrs & under, max. 3 per family) and head to our Centre Management Office between 10am–12pm weekdays and fill out a form to collect your card. 

Already a Minis member? Great! Simply head to our Indoor Playground every Tuesday and speak to a staff member from our FREE Enter-TOT-ment event, fill out a short collection form to collect your card!

Card collection is optional, but becoming a Minis member card holder levels up your membership - unlocking an exclusive zone with monthly freebies and entry into a $500 competition.  A minimum $2 donation via card payment is required to collect your card, with all proceeds going to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible. Please note, cash cannot be accepted. Terms & Conditions apply.

The Minis family program is designed primarily for pre-school and school aged children, but many events are family-friendly and open to all. 

No, the freebie changes monthly to keep things exciting! The monthly competition is a $500 digital gift card. Keep an eye on your Minis emails and the centre’s website for the latest updates. 

Minis monthly freebies are exclusive to Minis card holders. To access them, sign up via the form on this page and collect your Minis member card in-centre. Then, scan the QR code on your card to enter the members-only zone, fill out the form, and redeem at the retailer. Your Minis member card must be presented at the time of redemption. Yes. Each child can collect one Minis member card and lanyard, with a maximum of three per family. A separate digital gold coin donation (minimum $2) by card payment is required for each card and please note that children need to be present at time of redemption. This helps us ensure fairness for all families.

Yes, you can register multiple children under the same parent or guardian email during in-centre card pickup. Each child will receive their own Minis card and lanyard (limit of three per family).

If you lose your card or lanyard, you can collect a replacement in-centre in the next month, subject to availability. A minimum $2 donation via card payment will be required for each replacement card or lanyard, with all proceeds going to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. Please note, cash cannot be accepted.

Donations will be collected electronically via a Shout For Good terminal at the collection point - please note that cash will not be accepted. You can tap your card, or phone to donate. A minimum $2 donation via card payment is required to collect your card, with all proceeds going to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. You're welcome to donate more than $2 if you wish. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.

You’ll receive regular Minis emails with updates, and our website and social media channels will also share news about upcoming Minis events and promotions.

South Village is designed with families in mind. You’ll find a dedicated Parents Room near the restaurants.

There are also two free playgrounds for kids to enjoy: an indoor playground on level one near the restaurants, perfect for play while you dine, and an outdoor playground in Biddy Giles Park, featuring climbing structures, slides, swings, and even a flying fox - ideal for some fresh-air fun.
